We have a Garden Update! Outside the Yardley Inn we have planted mustard greens, dill, arugula, radishes, and turnips. At the farm, we've planted sunchokes, asparagus, onions, garlic, broccoli rabe, soy beans, fava beans, and scarlet runner beans... So excited!

This week Chef Eben had a lot of unproductive crops in the garden. So he replanted carrots, turnips, red scallions, black radishes & cilantro. The peas are growing very well, as well as the Tokyo turnips. We should start producing some melons soon and cucumbers are next!
