"Amidst The Chaos"

"The Wesleys..." - Thornapple Remodel (Before/During/After)

For this remodel, we completely opened up an exterior wall, reframing it with a more sturdy and better insulated 2x6 exterior. We divided the main room in 2 to create a new master suite that opened up to a new outdoor living environment with an overframed roof system into a new composite deck.

The house now has all new windows. Flooring. Roof and electrical/hvac components run.

We got to be creative and paired black accents, such as the cable rail, windows, vented soffit, drip edge/fascia, and powder coated steel structural mounts with natural wood accent - a 2-toned brown composite deck system and cedar trims around every single detail.

To cap off the remodel, we created them a custom bench with their names engraved in the center made with all of the elements put into their home - the number one being heart.
