Art is my therapy and it always has been, which is why I'm currently studying to be a life coach so i can teach art to others who may benefit from these techniques. Its very important to me to spread awareness on how you can heal your inner child using art and art therapy. By using in depth techniques you can open up a whole new world to processing emotions and traumas through art.
