Supporting LGBTQIA+ Youth in Central Massachusetts- Safe Homes is a program for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth between the ages of 14 -21.

🌈On August 27th, join us for our LAST Project Bloom event of the year! Our Community Celebration at the New England Botanic Garden will be our amazing close out to a wonderful 2026 Project Bloom series!

🪴Join us for beautiful guided hikes/walks around the gardens, an exhibit scavenger hunt, a Pokémon scavenger hunt, and more! Food and drinks will be provided.
🌟 Friends and loved ones of youth are WELCOME to join us! When youth RSVP using the QR code or safehomesma.org/projectbloom, please be sure to include how many people will be in your party. They are welcome to take the bus with us!

🌷SAVE THE DATE for our Community Celebration on August 27th at the New England Botanic Garden! From 6-8pm, we'll be breaking bread together, doing scavenger hunts, and taking walks around the beautiful gardens.
🌟This event is for youth ages 14-23 and we encourage youth to bring their friends and loved ones! We offer transportation from 4 Mann Street to the New England Botanic Garden, open to youth's friends and loved ones as well.
🌿Have you been telling your friend or trusted adult about how much you love Safe Homes? Want your friend or loved one to meet Safe Homes staff or peers? Want to do all that AND be at the super awesome New England Botanic Garden? This is the event for YOU!!!

🌿Want to spend time in the garden with us? We'll be weeding, watering, planting, and more at North High School's garden, a beautiful space filled with vegetables and native flowers and made possible by REC! Join us the cool evening of Thursday, August 13th from 5:30-8:30pm. Transportation is available, we leave from 4 Mann Street at 6pm sharp!

Mouth-watering BTS from our Cultural Potluck earlier this month!

Want to showcase your unique art style and exchange with your peers for cool art? Join our Make Your Own Artist Trading Cards activity with Worcester-Based arts educator Giulia Sena! Make and trade with us on August 6th from 5:30-8:30pm at 4 Mann Street. This activity is free for LGBTQ+ youth and allies ages 18-23!
