Get ready to strut, sweat, and shine with holly galvin!

This mixed-level heels class is designed to be a fun, high-energy experience where dancers of all backgrounds can build confidence, express themselves, and feel empowered. This is a free workshop with optional donation option to support the guniea pig sanctuary. We’ll focus on musicality, performance quality, and technique while learning choreography that is both challenging and accessible, with modifications provided for different experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to heels or have been dancing in them for years, this class is all about embracing your individuality, stepping outside your comfort zone, and leaving feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to own the room.

Dancers are welcome to take class in heals, sneakers, dance shoes, or barefoot if that feels most comfortable. Choreo will be to KGB by Adela ❤️❤️

Sexy looks different on everyone—and this workshop is about discovering what it means to you!

This is an all-levels workshop that blends lines, grooves, and sensual movement, using a chair as both a prop and dance partner to create dynamic, grounded, and expressive choreography.

Led by Natasha Toomey, this workshop focuses on helping each dancer explore their unique relationship with sensuality and self-expression. With foundational technique and supportive instruction, whether you’re dancing in heels or flats, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to what makes you feel powerful. To Natasha, the style of heels is so much more than what shoes you’re wearing. Heels is a feeling of empowerment and a form of resistance.
