The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athletes experience.
SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect the student-athletes' lives on NCAA member institution campuses and here at Worcester State University. The mission statement of the National NCAA SAAC states that the idea behind the organization is to "enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare and fostering a

SAAC Hosts Special Olympics Basketball Event The Worcester State University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee hosted over 50 athletes last month for the third annual Special Olympics basketball tournament in the Wellness Center.

It was an honor to host special Olympics basketball today! The day was a blast and went very well! We would like to give a shout out to all the teams that showed up to support the athletes, men's ice hockey, men's basketball, and woman's lacrosse ! We look forward to next year!!
