It is chuck full of protein, fiber, iron, and has beneficial probiotics to help keep your tummy regulated. The protein in this booster is pea protein, the soluble fiber is from psyllium, and the prebiotic fiber is from chicory root, rendering this 100% vegan and gluten free! My go to smoothie is made with dark cherries, bananas, dates, peanut butter and almond milk! What smoothie would you try with this booster? 🥰🌱💚

No Worries Farm: our story🌱💚

Kyle and I began our gardening journey two years ago. Last year we started planting our veggies in 5 gallons buckets and hoped for the best. We learned alot, and our garden turned out pretty great! This year, after becoming more educated on patented seeds and what it means to eat organic, we decided to till a 20 by 10 plot in our back yard, and really commit to an all organic lifestyle. We have put over 100 hours into our garden. Between starting all of our seeds inside under our make shift lights, building our very own custom irrigation system, shoveling well over 1,000 pounds of compost and dirt, making our own fence, plotting it out, tilling, tilling and more tilling... It has been quite the process to say the least! Us working together has been such a positive, fun, enlightening experience. We have both grown so much individually and as a couple. There is no way to describe the feeling of pride and pure joy one feels when picking your first cucumber. I would highly reccomend for anyone out there to grow something, watch it grow, give it love. There is nothing like it. Nature surely is a miracle. 🌱💚
