I’m touched anytime someone signs up for one of my classes. Not just because they’re saying yes to me, but more importantly, they’re saying yes to themselves.

Over the years (from getting my teacher training while pregnant to teaching online and eventually leading retreats and workshops in person), yoga and mindfulness have stretched me into the truest version of myself.

It’s a time and place to go within and gather everything I need to keep walking my own path. ☮️

Whatever it is that calls you to the mat, I honor it. You deserve it.

Spring has arrived — making it the perfect time to reconnect and care for yourself with intention.

Join 200 RYT and founder of The Good Getter, Ariana Becker, for a nourishing, all-levels yoga flow (beginners always welcome). This one-hour class will center on self-love, compassion, growth, and heart-opening practices, combining breath work, meditation, and full-body movement to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. After class, participants will gather for a mindful journaling reflection focused on self-exploration and intention setting. (pens and paper provided).

Ari is a resident of Holden, native of Princeton, mama to two littles, and full-time social media manager. Her passions include mindfulness, dancing, the great outdoors, supporting all-things local, strong coffee and meeting new people.
