Developments in a new revolutionary SELF-LEARNING smart lubrication system are now in process at Worcester Fluids Technology.
The system is based on algorithms that describe oil behavior under operating conditions and self-learn from parameters encountered in the process. The system can predict, modify and correct any behavior before any sensor or alarm is triggered without human intervention.
Not only the system improves lubrication performance but also identifies and sets itself up to use different oils at their best performance conditions.
New high-performance cooling and stripping nozzles for steel mills have been developed by Worcester Fluids Technology that provide unbelievable results with less water and air.
The new nozzles are being tested worldwide.
More details will be published soon.
