Hampton Properties is a real estate development and apartment rental company based in Worcester, Massachusetts. We specialize in the restoration of unique Historic properties that provide premium apartments for students from Clark University, Becker College and WPI.

We are proud recipients of the 2021 Silver Hammer Award for the restoration of 37 Fruit Street!
As noted, after a $950,000 renovation, the 1884 "Queen Anne Home" has been restored and repurposed and "stands as a stunning fixture in the city."
Our work has earned us three Silver Hammer Awards over the years.

37 Fruit Street is coming along really well... we've made progress on the exterior replacements and buildout of bedrooms and bathrooms!
