This fall, for the first time, educators have the opportunity to receive a copy of the script of the late Marc P. Smith’s play, “Karski” for classroom study purposes. Thanks to an affiliation with the non-profit Facing History, this play can be another important vehicle for telling the amazing story of Jan Karski.

With deep sadness, we note the death of Blue Pumpkin Productions’ co-founder Marc P. Smith, on March 23, 2011, at the age of 77.

OK, there's 'snow' business like show business. Marc's Feb. 2nd talk at The Hanover Theatre Center in Worcester, postponed again. "Theatre, Politics, and Civic Engagement" now planned for a date past the winter snows. Marc will talk about his multi-yr. Kreisau Project, centered on 2 of his plays, "A Journey to Kreisau" and "Karski." Program open to members of The Hanover & the general public. Watch for new date.

We’re delighted to let you know that Marc’s play about Polish resistance hero Jan Karski is being presented for one performance only, this coming Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at The Kosciuszko Foundation, 15 East 65th Street, NYC.
