Most people don't realize that top-performing real estate professionals never stop training.
Over the past 13 weeks, I had the privilege of participating in and graduating from the Floyd Wickman "Sweathogs" training program, one of the most intensive real estate sales and communication programs in our industry.
What impressed me most wasn't just the content. It was the reminder that success leaves clues. The best agents are constantly sharpening their skills, improving their communication, and finding better ways to serve their clients.
At Miller Real Estate Group, we believe our clients deserve professionals who are committed to continuous growth—not agents who rely solely on experience and hope for the best.
