Campus Ambassadors (CA) House, in Worcester, MA, provides students with affordable off-campus housin Men's and women's bathrooms are separate.
We are located less than a half mile from the Worcester State University campus. We have room for 9 students in singles, doubles, or a triple. Rents range from $350 to $550, and includes heat, air-conditioning, hot water, electric, laundry, internet, and cable. All bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, desk, and dresser. Kitchen, living room, dining room, sitting area, and deck are all shared spaces. Full kitchen includes gas stove and deck has a lovely sitting area and grill.

If you're looking for a place to stay this summer, look no further! The Campus Ambassadors house is located in Worcester, Mass, less than a mile from Worcester State University's campus and walking distance from delicious places to eat like Nu Cafe, Nancy Chang's, and the Loving Hut!
This is the ideal place to live if you want to stay close to campus for summer courses, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg. We have 2 female single rooms available and half of a female double room. Bedrooms include a spacious closet, dresser, twin sized bed, and a desk (if wanted). We are also flexible if you only want to stay for part of the summer.
The women's bathroom is shared (at full capacity) between 5 ladies, and the men's bathroom (at full capacity) is shared between 3 guys.
The kitchen, dining room, sitting area, living room, and deck are a shared space. All rooms are fully furnished. We have a full kitchen, complete with a gas stove. On our deck, we have a full grill that is available to any resident to use. Parking lot is in the back and additional parking is on the street.

Don't forget: House clean-up this Saturday 10-2! Let's get the house ready for incoming students this fall! Bring work/garden gloves if you have 'em...there's some weeds to be clipped and pulled, as well as cleaning indoors. :)
