CPR in the Time of COVID-19

The ongoing pandemic is almost in its last leg. But, the threat is still existent, and it is still here for months to come. As first aiders, your job is to provide medical help to those who need it - but part of your job is also to keep yourselves from harm's way. For this reason, the American Red Cross recommends that for CPR, first aiders should only provide compressions and no breaths. While it isn't as good as ordinary CPR, CPR with only chest compressions is better than no CPR at all.
