Check back next week. I'm going to add a "post-pandemic" Shape-and-Show video for all to use at home and get you toned for the warm weather, in the Northeast and for all other warm climates that you are fortunate to be outside all the time. It's a gentle workout focusing on your core, large movements to get your circulation moving, and also helps with brain dynamics. ,

With disappointment and sadness I am withdrawing from running the Falmouth Road Race Sunday August 15. My injured knee that 20cc of fluid was removed still hurts when I run. Todau I did 3.1 miles of a brisk walk listening to the inspirational Dr. Joe Dispenza..I feel great and will just do it next year. Thank you all for your support throughout my training and healing of my injury.

Look what came out of my knee 20cc..of fluid..no wonder I was in pain and had challenges running.

I love Dr. Angela Rufo my Sports Medicine doctor from UMassMed. Im truly so happy. Now I can continue to train and run the Falmouth Road Race.
