Built new boxes and replaced 2 basement windows with nothing fancy because customer wanted cheapest option

Framed and installed recessed medicine cabinet. Then Rewired and installed new work boxes and outlets.

Wall and floor cabinets installed with butcher block counter top. Along with pluming done for dishwasher sink and water filter. Then sanded and treated the counter top along with rewiring and installing all new work boxes and electrical outlets

Light sanding and painting of whole building stair way railings windows accents plus all trim of doors and stairs

Repairing stairs then replacing/installing actually treads. Then did a sanding with a painting of the raisers, along with a staining and polyurethane of the treads.

Start to finish opening the wall that was rotted and was moving. Originally was just going to be put back as regular wall and ended up turning into a wall with an entertainment area built-in to it

Trim and boxes put in after old windows where cleaned off scraped and prepped

Hole in foundation wall fixed

some yard clean up done a long with some quick hard scape

Vanity replaced in bathroom that was damaged plumbing done and all
