Skylights are notorious for leaking. We repaired 3 of them this week at a house in Scituate. We also installed gutter like structures to divert water away from the area.

Less than a year ago this customer in Woonsocket hired a company to paint the top portion of her house. They did not fix the rotted portions of her wood siding nor did they prep the home properly so now the paint is flaked and chipping. So the homeowner hired us to repair the rot and vinyl side over the improperly painted portion of the house.
