I had a wonderful opportunity to design business cards for Eddie’s wife, Janie. Eddie and Janie were kind enough to send me this signed CD as an additional “thank you” afterwords. I watched many of Eddie’s guitar solos and rhythm progressions in disbelief while I was growing up with a guitar in my hands. In the era of hair bands, I don’t think he gave a shat about his hair. He was a revolutionary musician. He gifted us with sounds that we might not have ever heard if not for his love of music. And every time the camera hit him, he couldn’t help but smile. It’s crazy. He is always smiling in almost all footage and every shot that I’ve ever seen. Think about that, check it out, and call me on it if I’m wrong. He is proof that you can have fame and still be a great person. Peace. RIP EVH.
