We are family based small business offering very unique, authentic and organic homemade achaar(purano kalo achar). We go by the name of “BACKYARD KITCHEN”. Our recipe has been past down by our elder in our family. Our product is basically a mixture of 12 different varieties of masalas/ingredients, all organic. No food preservatives are added at all except vinegar. Our slogan is “JUST TRY IT ONCE”. We have at the moment 3 distinctive products. The first product is “Kalo Chicken Masala Achaar”. The second is only Masala based with fried chilies 🌶️, for vegetarian. The third and undoubtedly the best among all 3 variety is with the kalo Sitra Masala Achaar (Burnai small fish). Masala Chicken achaar is based on preorder only for now. Sitra based masala achar is our main product. Our main goal is to atleast to make as many people to taste it atleast once.

This is our first batch of Achaar. Our product launch will probably be by the first week of May 2024.

We make our Achaar on the weekends for now.

Our vision is to keep growing across the globe.

We are still learning the marketing part of the business. We are determined to break our limitations.
