Time flies for real foreal. This was the first event I threw as a New Yorker, 2 years after my arrival. Before I had a podcast, racing team or any sponsors it was all pro bono. I had just taken over as manager at and wanted to do something for the delivery guys, back when they still rode acoustic bikes and not electric. The Wald 157 basket was the go to for every bicycle delivery worker. My idea was to give a complete bike to the person who could wheelie the furthest on a bike equipped with said brolic basket. My homie freaked this dope ass flyer based on an image of me popping a wheelie on a delivery bike.
I learned a lot about how things work in NYC during this event. I got the local precinct to close down Shore Blvd in for the event and the to bless me with a sound permit for the day. My homies flew out and we played a small show on the great lawn. Much love to for the practice space, that spot was super OFFICIAL.
MCA passed away the day before the event and being in NYC, most for the first time, my mans put together a dope ass tribute. I'll have to go find that footage.
This Cinco De Mayo I'll be doing the for the first time. Big ups to the universe, I know you fox wit' me heavy, and I love you for that. The blessings don't stop, the dude abides.

Definitely put together some rowdy events while I was running . Hey , did you make it out to this one? I told what I wanted to do and he whipped up this high bunnyhop ruler. Watching people try to jump it on the lowest setting while riding fixed was hilarious. I think my twin almost got taken out! He also won the trackstand contest that day, like a bawse.

Sunday was the 3rd annual donuts and dumplings ride hosted by my brothers at . One of the two events we host during the offseason from recording our podcast. This year had a great turn out and you already know everyone was eatin' riiiiiight. It was the first time I've been able to attend, as my wife and I are usually traveling this time of year. We'll be back with new episodes in March, stay tuned.

Also, peep the C6 Pale Ale wrap job I did, classy right? Keep an eye out this summer for the rerelease along with some other surprises.

Yerrr! The countdown to 's has already begun and I can't wait to defend my New York City Championship. I'll be racing the same sticker bombed, rusty, 1st gen Work frame I raced last year.
