Hi friends! Please Vote! Friday we are traveling to Hermosa Beach for the Miss California Volunteer Pageant. Sofia Claire competed for the first time last year and came in 3rd place! The competition was beyond stiff and Sofia left incredibly inspired. On top of her musical accomplishments and endeavors, she has since graduated from Menlo, scored a great job as a marketing manager soon after graduation, and most importantly started to volunteer at the VA, creating her own platform called Harmony for Heroes. This was an organic choice after years of working with veterans due to her ability and desire to consistently sing the national anthem. Pageantry is much more than dressing up and walking around on stage. Last years winner, Cassie, whom interviewed Sofia (I'll post it in the comments) is a mechanical engineer, specifically at NASA calibrating the James Webb Space Telescope. Not to mention a baton twirling marvel!
Last year you all helped her win the People's Choice Award! Every vote counts, and Redwood City and our friends showed up! This is a way to help the pageant happen!

Saw this in a national newsletter today! If it happens I'll be so happy for my buyers who bought at a lower price this year with a higher interest rate. Lenders will see a big resurgence in new and refinanced mortgages.
I don't agree with the entire quote though. And next years sellers should be thrilled. Time will tell:

Our Christmas Day was filled with love! Enzo and McKenna got engaged surrounded by our families! Enzo fell in love with McKenna at 16 years old and we have also loved her ever since! We are so excited she will be a Costantini soon! ! 💍👰

I missed posting our fun office party trying to get to LV the next day!
I love our little office. We are the tiny original ice house in Woodside. When I hear good things come in small packages, I think of that little building. I was so lucky to be welcomed in there in 2005 as a brand new agent. Going back there in 2019 after 6 years gone was one of my best moves.
We have have a small but very powerful crew of realtors who all support eachother. Since this gathering one of our most important and good people has fallen ill. We love her and are praying for her. Please throw our girl a prayer or two if that's your thing 🥰🎄
