Our sweet Pepper is officially 2 weeks away from becoming a mama, and we couldn’t be more excited! This is her first time (and ours), and she’s already stealing hearts with her gentle spirit and growing baby belly.

From extra naps to all the snacks, Pepper is preparing for the most important role yet — first-time momma pig 🐽✨ We’re counting down the days until we get to meet her little piglets and watch her shine as the amazing mom we know she’ll be.

🐷 Fill Your Freezer with Local, 4-H Raised Pork! 🐷

Hi friends! It’s Abby & Sydney again 👋
That time of year is almost here—our winter market hogs are getting close to freezer-ready! This is our 4th year raising market hogs as part of our 4-H project, and we’re so excited to share them with our community.

✨ We have 3 pigs available for reservation for our February processing date!
You can purchase by the half or whole pig for $4.50 per pound (hanging weight), plus cut & wrap/kill fee.
🐖 Processing will be done at Sharps in Hubbard or Mountain Stream Meats in Molalla - you pick!
📏 Estimated live weight at processing: 260–290 lbs.

We have our winter pigs!!!! They are all settled in! We will have Pork available in February.

Pepper is in love with them! I think she might make a good momma!!! Tomorrow the 2 blue pigs go to their actual home and Pepper goes to get bred!!!!

Making progress on the barn! Took the winter off because it was too wet! Not bad for just a few hours of work!
