The hop that needs no introduction: Chinook
But the Oregon version delivers something a little different - Tropical, citrus-forward, with a healthy dose of stone fruit. This isn’t your Meemaw’s Chinook.

Spring is springin' and the hops are beginning to climb, which means it's time to start thinking about the most wonderful time of the year: fresh hop season.
We're now taking pre-orders on both CGX® NUVO™ and fresh hops. If you're not familiar with NUVO, it's a flowable, high-density lupulin powder made from fresh hops using Crosby Hops’ patented cryogenic technology. The result is the full flavor spectrum of fresh hops with unmatched potency, purity, and performance. The ability to store it makes the seasonal limitations and narrow brew windows associated with traditional fresh hops a thing of the past.
Pre-order your NUVO and fresh hops today! Links in bio.
We had an amazing time in Philly! Thanks to all who came out and shared a beer at the tap trailer, rubbed hops at our booth, or just said hello. What was your favorite moment from CBC this year? See you in San Antonio!

Let’s rewind to earlier this month when we collabed with and on VHS, a West Coast Double IPA.
A bitter, bold, clear and crisp double, this ode to old school brews is headlined by Crosby Deep Cut™ Cascade, our late harvest take on the classic American hop. Left on the bine until late September, Deep Cut™ develops a higher total oil content, resulting in vivid citrus and stone fruit layered over subtle pine and resin tones.
With a supporting cast of Crosby Chinook and CGX Vista, VHS has notes of pine, citrus peel, dank and stone fruit.
