I received a call today from someone that needs to rehome their 1 year old, male, beautiful Cane Corso puppy. Fully vetted and neutered and raised in a family home. I just love this boy! He was adopted as a puppy and given up by his family after 2 years! Charlie is looking for a forever home. Who is looking for a good boy? Charlie is crate trained, house trained and knows basic commands. He loves to snuggle and, full disclosure, he steals the blankets. What is laid out but unspoken here is the huge influience the pet food industry has over veterinary education. Beware of large chain (VCA/Banfield/etc.) animal clinics nutritional advice. Educate yourself on holistic options to COMPLEMENT (not replace!) your trusted vets advice.

One of our volunteers spotted this great sign at the farmers market this morning. Walk your dogs early or after dark when possible and try to avoid being on pavement. You could fry an egg on the sidewalk this weekend! 🔥
