US Court grants Ken Ofori Atta Green Card, Judge raises concens over Ghana’s case.

BREAKING: The Federal Court of Canada has dismissed the appeal challenging the decision to deny Thomas Partey entry into the country.

As a result, he will miss Ghana’s opening World Cup match against Panama and could also be unavailable for another game should Ghana advance beyond the group stage.

PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

We are seeking information regarding Daniel Darkwa, known within Ghana’s broadcast engineering community for radio and TV installation services and associated with White Fence Communications.

In 2023, Mr. Darkwa was contracted to service and replace broadcast equipment for a radio station in Takoradi. The equipment involved consisted of several items valued at several thousands of Ghana cedis. Following receipt of the items, they were not returned, and repeated attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful.

A formal report has been filed with the Takoradi Police, who are currently investigating the matter.

Additionally, multiple individuals have come forward with similar concerns regarding unresolved transactions and missing equipment. This notice is issued to prevent further incidents and to assist in locating him as part of ongoing inquiries.

Mr. Darkwa has recently been involved in broadcast setup work for other stations, including the setup for Voice of Buem 97.9, associated with Hon. Kofi Adams (Minister for Sports & Recreation).

We are requesting assistance from anyone who may know his current whereabouts, recent movements, or business activities.
