💪🏼 Summer Strength & Conditioning — COMPLETE! 📣

Today we completed our final fit test after an incredible summer of strength and conditioning with the Wolcott High School cheerleaders!

Twice a week all summer long, these girls showed up, put in the work, pushed themselves, and supported each other. We worked on strength, conditioning, endurance, and overall athletic performance—and the results speak for themselves. 👏🏼

I am so impressed and so proud of how much these athletes improved from their initial fit test. Their hard work, consistency, and determination truly paid off.

Cheerleaders are incredibly fit, strong, powerful, and hardworking athletes, and it was an absolute honor to work with this group throughout the summer. Watching them grow stronger and more confident as athletes has been so rewarding.

They earned every bit of that progress! 🖤💪🏼📣

Great job, ladies! Keep working, keep pushing, and keep getting stronger! Can't wait to see you on the mat 🔥

So thankful for all the great rounds, the hard work, and—most importantly—the incredible energy. We truly appreciate everyone who traveled to IYC to get rounds in with us! It's an honor to share this space with these women and very talented youth. One day I'll be hanging their posters on the wall, no doubt about it 🔥
It was so much fun seeing the variety in every round, with everyone challenging themselves, sharpening their skills, building knowledge, and supporting each other while having a great time. That’s what women’s boxing is all about! 👊🏽
