We are hiring a Construction Litigation Associate.
Job description
We are seeking an attorney with 0-5 experience of construction law experience. We are also willing to consider an attorney with no construction experience provided they have the sincere desire to learn and practice construction law.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include all aspects of the practice of litigation including research, drafting pleadings, discovery documents and other necessary writings as well as attending court appearances.
Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate: a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and co-workers.
