Occasionally, I eat carbs! And when I do, I pair them with something green beforehand. A great way to curb your glucose spikes is to eat some microgreens (or any non starchy veggie) before the carbs, add a little vinegar for extra credit 🌱
This amazing gluten-free English muffin was made by Sarah at . I hadn't had an acceptable English muffin in 15 years until I found her and her, and they are fabulous!!
