FLORIDA STATE CHAMPIONS! Congratulations to our 18U All-Star team on their 5-1 record & a championship run at the Florida State Tournament in Lake City, FL. These young men bounced back from a semifinal loss to take the playback bracket & sweep the championship series to claim the 18U crown. Congratulations to the players, coaches, & families on the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! Next stop: SE Regionals in Ocala, FL in mid-July!

The District 11 All-Stars baseball tournament & District 7 All-Stars softball tournament have both drawn to a close. Congratulations to all the finalists & the champions for each of the 18 divisions that competed over the past 2 weeks. Special thanks to & for hosting the tournaments. Good luck to the teams competing in the Florida state tournaments in June!

Some baseball championships are won with the leather rather than the lumber. The WPBR 9U all-star team used pitching & defense to smother their opponents, going undefeated on their way to the District 11 All-Star title. They outscored their competition 12-4, including shutout victories in the semifinal (5-0) & championship (2-0) games. Congratulations to the players, coaches, parents, & families of the District 11 Champions! Next stop: the 9U state tournament in Auburndale!

Our 12B all-star team entered the District 11 All-Star tournament’s 2nd week with championship aspirations. Needing 2 wins in 3 games, these all-stars took care of the housekeeping by sweeping their opponents. They outscored the competition 25-4, capped by a 16-1 win to seize the crown. Congratulations to the players, coaches, parents, & families of the District 11 champions! Next stop: the 12B State Tournament in Oviedo!

Our 10B all-star team attended week 2 of the District 11 All-Star tournament with championship dreams. Needing to win 2 of 3 in the championship series, they brought out their brooms & swept the challengers to take the crown. They outscored their opponent 26-7, including an 11-0 shutout in the clincher. Congratulations to the players, coaches, parents, & families on their District 11 championship! Next up, the 10B State Tournament in Oviedo!

It was no cake walk at the District 11 Tournament for the Winter Park Rookies A All-Star team. They battled Altamonte Springs, the Florida weather, & Orlando College Park before facing off against Winter Springs three times. The boys took 2 of 3 from WSBR, including coming back from a 3-0 deficit to take the clincher 5-3. Congratulations to the players, coaches, & families of the District 11 Rookies Champions! Good luck at the Florida State Tournament!

Our 10u Softball All-Stars brought their A game to the district softball tournament in Oviedo. They were all business as they dispatched 3 opponents by a combined score of 32-6, including an 11-2 performance in the clincher. Congratulations to the players, coaches, & families of the District 7 Softball Champions! Great show!

Our Seniors Softball All-Stars (13-16u) put in a commanding performance at the district tournament in Oviedo this week. Over the course of 3 games, they outscored their opponents 32-3 while yielding zero earned runs. The team batted .373 as a group, with 6 players batting over .400. Congratulations to the players, coaches, & families of the District 7 Babe Ruth Softball Champions! Well done!
