What this means for a Buyer: it’s competitive out there in this price point which doesn’t feel great AND it’s still possible to find a SFH in your budget.
Having the right Realtor partner strategize with you to build offers that win is critical!
What this means for sellers: trying to game the market won’t work. If you’re ready to sell, sell now. Waiting for conditions to “get even more favorable” could cost you in this market. We’re still in a seller’s market, but buyers are hitting their limits on their offers. What goes up, must come down
Pricing & Marketing strategy is EVERYTHING in this market so make sure your Realtor partner is on it!
