I have words that exist without a voice
Poetry without place, space or choice
A day void of morning, noon or the night
A sense without power to make things alright
Lyrics that serve as the missing link
Questions that otherwise make people think
Stumbling around without tune or melody
A sun setting might offer a simple remedy
Wind without leaves
An oceanless tide
A fire awaiting
Contained and inside
If only the dew would give up its breath
The seed would be freed to live by it's death
And the origins of life would finally be
Absolved from debate, released and set free
Words without tune just passing by
Pillars erected that reach to the sky
A message that might just break down the wall
Keeping the children apart in it all
And with the days given to eating
It passes away in every heart beating
Finding the place where words might be made
To blossom inside the place they are laid
Is the simple task that suffers along
Awaiting the day to be made a song

Getting team together to produce a lacrosse community development video for the Illinois Parks and Rec conference in Jan. 2016, and will look for people to work with this project over the Summer, as a team, and in patrnership with Jaffe film Co.

Life, lives.

...and going out from the 99, the lost sheep met the wandering one, who taught him how to not be conformed to others, or used by them, but instead to be transformed, by the renewing of his mind.
..and he was happy because he was set free from the thought of the day, and conformity of the world, to be what God had created him to be.

There was a little boy, orphaned and rejected, and exciled in a foreign land.

There was a little girl, kind and thoughtful, who had onced helped the little boy, but who, in the turmoil of the world, was swept away, so he never saw her again.

There was boy and his brother, orphaned by a tragic accident, who became homeless and lost

There was a little girl, stolen from her parents, and being sent away to be exploited in slavery, was saved by a homeless man, who gave up his life for hers.

And then there was the song that connected them all:

"Looking up at the sky
And I wonder why
Turning my head around
No one to be found
And I wonder.

I wonder bout heaven
I wonder bout earth
I wonder bout everything made
I wonder bout where we're to be when we leave
In heaven
And everlasting life"
