Buyer Beware!

Trends. They are novel. Even exciting at first.
So was smoking and cell phones radiating our eyes and brains with blue light. Here comes Artificial Intelligence. It will certainly make some things easier. But we must be wise. Discerning.

I’ve seen screen shots of what ai therapists are telling clients. It incudes dangerous advice. A HUMAN therapist with a soul woukd never suggest! They would lose their license over these things. So buyer beware.

Thank you Illinois for banning the usage of ai therapists. I pray all states will follow suit!

Step into the Cloud 09/11/2023

Positive shift and a necessary “Reframe”! ☁️☁️☁️

Step into the Cloud Stressed by all the things you have to do? Seen as brick-like entities, tasks can feel heavy, oppressive, burdensome. If instead we view our tasks as clouds, tasks feel more fluid, like streams or eddies you step into, influencing or contributing as best you can, before they swirl on and become some...

The way we “Start Up” a conversation matters. Try one of these check in statements before unloading when someone may not have the capacity to listen.

Having a close friend doesn't automatically give you permission to vent and emotionally unload at all times and without warning.📍 //

A big shout out to all the kids who didn’t win an award, make honor roll, and barely made it through the school year. A big hug to the moms, dads, grandparents, caregivers, and foster parents that stuck by them as they maneuvered the school year!

To the kids that didn’t get invited to the prom, didn’t get a scholarship to college, and perhaps have to go straight to work out of high school....you are worthy of a pat on the back and a Facebook post with people talking about how amazing you are!

Some kids have to work twice as hard as other students just to get a C. Their achievements deserve recognition. Remember these kids.
Kindness, creativity, and generosity....those attributes sadly don’t get the accolades they deserve. But we see you! 💜
