Designed by renowned American Architect John Randall McDonald, you’d be forgiven for thinking Frank Lloyd Wright had a hand in it. 1856 Lakedell Dr, Charlotte, NC 28215 - how about a 🤯 NEW Mid Century Modern home?! Found this one in North Carolina. I love this idea. I WISH more builders created something ORIGINAL these days. This one draws inspiration from the CA modernist movement (think Eichler). Ha, even the name of the development is “Usonia”. This house has 1,900 sqft, 4 bd, 3 ba, and sits on a 0.46 acre lot. 425 W South College St, Yellow Springs, OH 45387 - wow, this home is the BOMB 💣! This house is soooo cool 😎. I love the living room. The way they used the wood and stone, with the concrete floors give it a proper Mid Century Modern home feeling. I also love the authenticity of the kitchen with it’s wood cabinets and formica countertops. Built in 1960 by Seattle architect Frederick Farmer, this home has only ever had ONE OWNER!
