Great to see you guys back in the gym! A lot of fun rounds tonight! So honored to have Jah back from Thailand and teach us a thing or two during sparring! Truly love seeing the growth!

Only missing one guy from this hard working group!!! But in his honor we worked on the counters to his high, flying moves!!!

This has truly been a long time coming I thank god for the opportunity to share the teachings and blessings given to me! Thank you “Holy Zion Christ of the Jubilee” for blessing me in your blessings. Thank you to “my squad” aka “my siblings” you have come from near a far to help me setup this room, sometimes in the middle of the night even when I had no idea where to start. Thank you for the endless guidance and support you continuously give me a…..headache🤣 but I know everything you’re saying is correct! Thank you for beating some kind of organization in my head, you are truly the person behind the curtain in the wizard of Oz! Lastly thank you it is hard being the new guy in town but you have given me guidance and support, where most would feel threatened by someone trying to open a school when you yourself are opening a school you welcomed me with open arm and taught me. I rarely say “oss” but you are one of the truest martial artist I’ve met since moving to Connecticut and I can’t thank you enough you are a reason to say 🙏🏾 OSS professor!!!! And with that I present “MMA Barn” ( the baby step!)
