Give it up for Austin, our June member of the month. Austin has been living out what CrossFit is really about, both inside and outside the gym.
He shows up consistently, works hard, stays coachable, and brings the kind of effort and attitude that makes everyone around him better. But it’s not just about what happens during the workout. Austin continues to carry that same discipline, resilience, and commitment into life outside the gym too.
That’s the heart of CrossFit: training for more than a score on the board. Training to become stronger, more capable, and harder to knock down in everyday life.

Mimosas & Hip Mobility! Join us Saturday, June 20 with Steph Boyce, DPT, for an educational workshop.
This workshop is designed to help you better understand how hip mobility impacts the way you move, train, and feel. Steph will walk us through practical mobility work, helpful education, and simple takeaways you can use inside and outside the gym.
Whether you’re trying to improve your squat, move better in workouts, reduce tension, or just learn more about how your body works, this is a great opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and spend some time focused on moving well.

Meet Coach Connie!

* Works in nursing, specializing in mental health and substance abuse
Connie originally started CrossFit in 2014 after a good friend asked her to join him in a challenge (aren't those the best types of friends!?). What started as a challenge quickly became a passion and a lifestyle.
After years of training and growing in the sport, she earned her CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching in 2025.
What Connie loves most about CrossFit and coaching is the community. The way people show up for one another, support each other, and push each other to become better every day.
She loves helping athletes build strength, improve endurance, and develop the discipline to perform at their highest level, both in training and competition.
What continues to inspire her most is not just the physical challenge, but the mental one too, discovering what the body and mind are truly capable of.

Get helpful exercises and help pinpoint what exactly is causing any discomfort.
Steph is at Endure on the 2nd Monday of each month from 3:30 to 5:30 PM, offering free injury screens for our community.

This class is built for ages 11–15 and is all about helping kids move well, build confidence, and develop healthy habits early.
They’ll learn strength, conditioning, bodyweight movement, teamwork, and how to push themselves in a safe, coached environment.

Routine is the enemy of progress.
CrossFit was built on constantly varied functional movements performed at intensity, because your body adapts fast when you do the same thing over and over.
Same warm-up.
Same pace.
Same weights.
Same comfort zone.
That’s maintenance.
Foundational training matters because it teaches you how to move well first, then challenges you to apply those movements in different ways: squats, presses, pulls, hinges, carries, gymnastics, conditioning, and everything in between.
Learn the basics. Build the positions. Then keep showing up for the work that may make you a little uncomfortable. That’s where progress lives.
