Students in Mrs. Bailey’s 7th grade PAWS class created and built theme parks with a purpose. They created parks to help visitors learn about different concepts like deforestation, Orangutan habitats, and coral reefs. They also developed attractions to help showcase their themes. Great work Wildcats!

The WMS bands, choirs, and orchestras participated in their annual “Contest & Canobie” festival yesterday. 300 students performed for, and were adjudicated by professionals from across the state: Dr. Sandra Howard, director of choirs at Keene State College, Mrs. Andrea von Oeyen, director of orchestras at Oyster River HS in Durham, and Mrs. Elisa Saunders, director of bands at Pelham Memorial School. Students then celebrate their hard work by spending the rest of the afternoon at Canobie Lake Park! A great time was had by all!
Thank you to Mrs. Boccia, Mrs. Samuelson and all of the chaperones for helping to make this wonderful event a reality!
