Mackeys Maple

Pure NH maple syrup gathered form trees in Windham, Derry, and Andover, NH. Our sap is gathered from various locations in Windham, Derry, and Andover, NH.

Run by Ryan Mackey, Mackey's Maple is a backyard sugaring operation that has been growing in size since 2011. A newly built reverse osmosis machine will help us make a predicted 50 gallons of pure NH maple syrup this 2016 season. Assisting in the operation is Evan Monty, Bob Mackey, and Molly Mackey. Those barrels in the back are filled with pure water. The RO separates the water from the sugar. Almost 200 gallons of water. That saves us approximately 20 hours of boiling.
