One of the Gigs-o-the-day. Nice place in Apk. 10ys old. All original. Primary HVAC blower was out so no air across the coil. System started to ice. Tough to not have main a/c in our climate. Grateful we were overcast and rainy this morning to minimize the load. 🥹

Gratitude for the day: swimming in the pool with kiddo, jumping up-and-down, and just before you load your foot straight on the bottom, you feel this little picky thing. Go under water to see what's up, a rusted felt paper cap nail is found. Apparently, while I was cutting the yard, it must have picked up the nail and thrown it into the pool recently. I am forever grateful that I did not step on it, nor did the kid. This would have been an easy doc-in-the-box trip for a Tetanus shot.
