Sheridan Blau, former director of the South Coast Writing Project, has died. You may have worked with him in one of the several sessions he ran for the Northern Virginia Writing Project or been a devotee of his award-winning book The Literature Workshop.

We will miss his continual support and confidence in the intelligence of both teachers and students.

TC Nicole Korsen continues to do the good work of the TOLI initiative with teachers.
