Today begins our February Writing Marathon. The word "marathon" refers to a race or any long-lasting task that requires endurance. There are many kinds of writing marathons. Some writers move from place to place, using setting for inspiration. Others commit to writing for a specified time. Still others may have a word count goal or a specific topic to tackle. This month, you set your goal, write along with us, and post about your progress. What do you want to write about today?

February Writing Marathon On your mark… Get set … Join Project Write for a month-long writing marathon. Sunday, Feb. 1 to Saturday, Feb. 28. There’s no cost to participate and no need to preregister. ❄️Start by setting a word-count goal. We suggest 5,000 words for a 5K writing marathon. Or, you could aim to fill .....
