Core Elements is a community based studio locally owned & operated. Specializing in Pilates based Core & Barre classes. We welcome all levels.
Located just north of downtown Winchester we are co-located with Yoga Mandala. Core Elements was founded by local Beth Maher and serves the Winchester and surrounding communities. We offer a range of classes from professionally trained instructors. Our focus is on creating long, lean, strong bodies in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Just want to send a huge thank you to these ladies Brenda Santini, Jennifer Lucarelle Brewin Christa Russo Geralyn Keane Jennifer Ogonowsky (and Amy Guziejka Sawyer and Jessie Hopkins missing from the photo) for the last 6 years. You ladies have treated our clients with kindness, killer workouts, and a smile and helped foster our amazing Core Elements community. Most importantly you have all had my back. Core Elements was great because of all of you and I love and thank all of you. I look forward to our next chapter together. Sadly Geralyn and Jennifer Ogonowsky are choosing their own paths, you beautiful ladies will both be missed. I have loved your dedication, your workouts, and mostly your friendship and I wish you all the best. Cheers to the next adventure. xo
