Responsibilities include (but not limited to) : : front desk, greeter, point of sales, bookkeeping, accounting, answering and making phone calls/texts/Facebook posts, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, printing, etc.

Must be/have : : detail oriented, proactive, resourceful, anticipate needs, adept in modern technology, organized, strong verbal and written skills, able to follow, implement, and improve established standard operating procedures (SOPs), have your own transportation, a text resume with at least three references (no PDFs please), able to pass a background investigation, fluent in English.

Proficiency with : : Quick Books Online, Microsoft OS 10+, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, Gmail, Gmail recipient groups. Spanish language and dance studio experience is a plus.

ATTN: painters/ cleaners / small furniture movers
I am setting up a fully furnished rental downtown Wi******er and need an energetic helper for small paint projects, decorating, some small furniture moving, mostly a great attitude and willingness to work hard and get this place looking awesome ! Happy to write reference letters of internship experience and pay $10 an hour for the help. Must be able to paint and clean really well and be able to see what needs to be done and do it - I will be working alongside the person most of the time. :) great opportunity for college student home for the summer or mom who can put in part time hours.
