Another repeat customer!
We’ve done a few different projects at this property and each time the owners just take it to the next level!
This home had some metal underpinning and they swapped it out for some beautiful block skirting that just changed the entire look of the house. After that was done there was a lot of residual dirt and block leftover around the house.
We came in and re worked all that material, removed the excess block pieces and were even able to use some of the dirt along with some topsoil we brought in to re-grade and shape up around the house and level all those uneven areas out.
Finished it off with some seed and straw just in time for some wet weather. Another one off the list! ✅

Last week we finished up a grading/leveling project that has some pretty serious slope behind the new shop and pool. The homeowner just wanted to level off a good portion behind both areas for some more usable green space.
We were able to utilize some existing fill that was on site, but we also brought in some good clay to help pack in and then capped it all with 4 inches of top soil.
Not pictured here, are two drain tiles we also installed to ensure proper drainage and allow the water to dump out behind the new leveled area.

There’s no better feeling than getting that call from a returning customer. This homeowner we’ve worked for in the past. Since we were there last they added an in ground pool to their property!
After concrete was finalized and pumps were installed there was about a 3 inch lip all the way around the pool. So, we brought in a few loads of topsoil to bring the grade up flush with the concrete and tapered it down to blend into the yard.

It seems like the steep terrain always hunts us down!
This new road was cut in for a new home being built in Clark County, Ky. Originally, we had a pretty decent route to go with but after getting locates called in and some existing utilities we had to scratch that route and get creative.
For the hand we were dealt and the terrain we had to work with, the way this driveway exceeded expectations.
Our main goal on every project is to take the vision of a property owner and bring it to life. We cleared out a thick group of trees in the corner to help open the lot up even more! Though this was a challenging road to build, we love challenging our skills and being put to the test!

Almost move in ready!
It was time to put the finishing touches on this property. Last summer we went in and excavated the house site, installed the water service, septic and driveway. We had plenty of good soil left over from the previous excavation to finish up final grade.
The lot had some rather steep slopes/dips even though it’s hard to tell in the pictures, but we were able to eliminate a lot of that with the dirt we had stockpiled. Now, all we need is a shower or two and they’ll be mowing in no time!

👀 Here is a glimpse of what we’ve been working on the past couple of weeks.
We got called into a sports complex in Frankfort Ky that has 7 softball fields needing to be cut down to sub grade to prepare for turf. 🥎.
Just looking at a softball field it doesn’t seem like there’s much to it once the lines are painted and the grass/turf is on, but behind the scenes, during the stages these fields are in now, requires precision grading for proper slope and draining.
These types of job require the right tooling, equipment, and operators to fine tune these fields down to the tenths of fall they require. We’re just honored to be a part of the project.
When players are digging their cleats in around the base lines or sliding in to home plate they expect Top Tier results, lucky for them, we settle for nothing less.

We had a customer call us that had just recently had a mobile home put in and the yard and utility ditches were in pretty rough shape. We went in with a skid steer and power rake and got the ground worked up great and level. Threw down some seed and blew on some straw, they’ll be mowing in no time! ✂️🍀
