Stride Program

Proud of these guys! It was a hot one last night at S3 and they pushed through for a great workout!

Dance time! One of MANY fantastic things of our Special Olympics weekend is hanging with everyone at the closing ceremony dance 🕺 And, of course, the STRIDE Pizza Party at the dorm before packing up and heading home. What an amazing weekend we had!!!

We were so busy with Bocce Ball & Soccer that not many pictures were take. At Olympic Town & Healthy Athletes when we went. After showers and a much needed rest, we headed to dinner before the dance. We did try for a “quick nap” in the dining hall, but that ended up in giggles 🤣

We played unified Bocce on a beautiful Friday evening and doubles Bocce was played Saturday. Everyone played great! They had a blast shooting for the target, cheering on their partner, and hanging out and making new friends.

A great end to a fun season! Both Strikers teams did a great job at State Games this year with our B team bringing home silver & our 2A winning gold. So many great moments and more importantly so much improvement from our first practice to the end of the season!

SOKY day 1 complete! First round of pictures!!! We were able to move in, make beds, eat dinner and go watch our friends play unified bocce ball! What an amazing first day!
