Beloved Wi******er victim-witness director Pearce dies at 72 WI******ER — The mood was somber at the Joint Judicial Center in Wi******er on Friday as word spread that Jim Pearce, the victim-witness director for the Wi******er Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office

Our hearts are broken to announce the loss of our Director Jim Pearce. Our prayers are with his family, his work family and all who knew him.

The Network joins Wi******er Victim Witness and the advocate community in mourning the loss of Jim Pearce. Jim was a hero to many and recipient of the “Mandie M. Patterson Lifetime Achievement Award” for his work serving victims of crime. Thank you, Jim.

Another Successful NATIONAL NIGHT OUT in Wi******er. Great turnout with plenty of Victim Witness information handed out . Also a ton of Giveaways from us and Crime Solvers. Virginia's Lt Governor Winsome Sears stopped by as well as Wi******er Fire & Rescue Assitant Chief JD Orndorff. A Big Thank You to my Granddaughter Breanne for helping out.
