We’ve been pretty busy at Mima’s but still found time to celebrate Mima’s and Ivan’s birthday!

Saturday (2/18) please stop by to get your Mima’s fix and say your farewells to Mima & P**a both! We will have breakfast & lunch specials and be serving cake!
Mariachi Serenade begins at 10:30am!

It’s been both an honor and a blessing serving our little hometown of Wimberley for almost 28 years.

We are so grateful and so thankful to all of you who supported our family business.
But all good things have to come to an end sometime right?

With that being said, we will be hanging up our aprons forever this month.
Yes, the original “Mima’s Kitchen” will be closing the doors.

But don’t worry!!!
Our youngest son will be opening his own place of business here at this location and will be calling it “Mima’s Tacos”.
He will be serving
Tex-Mex along with some of the old favorites.

So, come support his new business opening soon!

With this month being our last month of business as “Mima’s Kitchen”,
we would like to invite each and everyone of you to come celebrate our closing with us.
On Saturday February, 18th.

We will have some food specials, music, and cake.

Our kids, grandkids and great grandkids will all be there to say their goodbyes as well.
We would love for all of the ex-employees
to come take a group picture.

We love hiring young high school kids to work at Mima’s. We love that some continue to work at Mima’s after graduating high school while they continue their education. The hard part is having to say goodbye once they complete their education. Thank you Athena for working at Mima’s for the past 5 years! The Mima’s family is going to miss you dearly as I’m sure a lot of our customers will as well. We wish you well in your last semester of college.
