Today is the day. Someone asked me today what would I stand for, if elected judge. I believe that everyone is entitled to have an experienced and knowledgeable person hearing their cases. The judge must be fair and always be ready to listen. I hope you will share these values and come out and support me today.

As I watch the heartbreaking events in the Ukraine unfold, I cannot help but be thankful to live in a country where freedom reigns. Tomorrow, I ask that you exercise the freedom for which many have made the ultimate sacrifice, and go to the polls and vote. Exercise your voice. Thank you.

Imagine yourself in a situation where you or child develops a life-threatening illness. You have two choices, a medical doctor without a specialization, or a board specialized doctor? Who would you ask for help when so much is at stake?

The choice is very similar when electing a judge. You or your child could be facing prison, or be involved in a child custody battle. These are life changing events. Would you like for your judge to be experienced? Would you like for your judge to be knowledgeable?

There are over 90,000 attorneys licensed to practice in Texas. Of those 90,000, only about 7,200 have earned the right to be publicly recognized as Board Certified specialists.

I am the only board-certified lawyer in this race. I believe that this is a reflection of how important the rule of law is to me. If applied properly, the law levels the playing field for those that seek justice.

So, as we approach election day on March 1, 2022, I ask that you consider what kind of judge do you want on the bench? Do you want someone that brings 38 years of experience to the job, as well as recognition from the State Bar for expertise in the law, or do you want someone on the bench that simply wants to do something new?

I humbly ask for your support on March 1, 2022.
