Well, we’ve got some bad news for the Basecamp family.

Despite our exhaustive, good-faith efforts to make things otherwise, the Basecamp lease has been terminated.

Over the last two years, we have valued the friends we have made at Basecamp more than you can imagine. We say, “Everyone’s family at Basecamp” for good reason. Our place has been referred to as “Wimberley’s living room." We liked that.

We all created this magic of Basecamp together. All of us. And that magic will live on. Be assured, the soul of this place is most certainly coming with us. We leave behind nothing but stone and walls. Nothing more, nothing less.

Our lease is ending this month. So please come out and support the amazing local musicians we’ll have playing over the next two weekends. Local music has been the heart of Basecamp all along, and we love and appreciate every single musician that has taken our stage.

Stay tuned. May the fires of Basecamp forever burn...

Hey Basecampers, it’s going to be a great weekend of musicians & fun! Starting Thursday (4/13) we have a Dam Jam event of music & fun from 6 to 9. On Friday the Laughing Waters Trio will be on stage. On Saturday we will feature The Brothers Wayfare. Sunday we will start with a Pickers Circle 3-6 and the always fun Hill Country Honeys with guest Gerry Burns will be in stage 7:30-9:30.
