Maintaining eternal perspective when going through the moods of life is perhaps the greatest challenge for the spirit-filled believer. It is imperative to surround yourself with spirit-filled believers during this season. The character changing inside is deep. Sadly many people never let themselves go through this desert and miss this layer of spiritual development done by Christ. If you are in this season, stay connected, stay in the Word, pray continuously, listen and learn what makes your flesh grow weary and let that part of you die to be replaced by your spirit man.

To devoid oneself of self to a degree that nothing cuts nor offends is being like Jesus. Always seeing the best of what a person can be and supporting them in their 'becoming' is to have the eyes of Christ.

You will never see transformation by pointing out people's faults, sins, mistakes, etc, Walk with them to the Cross and let Christ handle it from there. Just walk with them (sometimes that path isn't straight either)......

When I am naturally minded I see obstacles, what could go wrong, and my mood is negative. When I am Spirit minded, I am filled with hope, joy, and faith because with God all things are possible! !

I constantly hear being 'human' as an excuse for personal deficiencies, yet in scripture we read that being human was God's design for us. Being human is actually the highest position of creation. God did not design you to be in submission to the flesh, He designed you to have authority over it. When you use your 'humaness' as an excuse for your shortcomings, you are actually testifying that God has a flaw in His design.

God flips over tables in temples, grabs the hands of prostitutes and rebukes perfectionistic religious people.
