We want to thank each and every one of you that has donated! We would like to share this post because the list has grown longer of items needed. The supplies leave on the 10th and again, thanks for all the help. We wouldn't be able to do this without the help of this awesome community!!!

Congratulations to RockRidge Firefighter Jackson Dildy on his graduation from the Inner Banks Fire Academy Class 001 at Beaufort County Community College. Job well done!

Future of Rock Ridge VFD!

Shout Out! to Jackson, a senior at Hunt High, for the great job he is doing in his internship with Wilson Fire and Rescue Services! He has always wanted to be a firefighter, and through the WCS Work-Based Learning Program, he is gaining vital skills and knowledge to assist in achieving his dream. He spends several days a week observing and learning from the firefighters with Wilson Fire and Rescue Services. Jackson is one of 45 high school students who are serving in internships through the program, which is led by Work-Based Learning Coordinator Jimmie Lucas. The students have the potential to receive course credit for the internships and are exposed to careers in our community that align with their interests. We are so proud of Jackson and grateful to the local businesses and organizations that welcome student interns!

One of our members 2015 Chevrolet Duramax was stolen from our station while we where on a call this morning. Please be on the lookout for it.

TRUCK STOLEN FROM FIREMAN WHILE HE WAS ON A CALL THIS MORNING AROUND 5AM

This truck was stolen from Rockridge Fire Department this morning about 5am when the responder was out on a call and no one was at the station.

The truck is a black 2015 Silverado 4 door with a brush guard, w***h, and the name Rodriguez on the windshield.
